The engineer turned up drunk to inspect the oven, he said he will be back the next day to install it, he didnt turn up. After calling him he said he will come back a day after but he didn't turn up again, kept me on hold for 4 days! Never will deal with them again.
Staff are exceptionally friendly, always helping me out with the equipment I need. Lady at the front desk is very polite and is always looking after me with products, overall very good experience every time I walk in and if I am in need of anything I will be looking to come back here.
