Still we have NOT received SWB Copy from Hapag - Arkin is the person who quoted the rate. Shipment is arriving on 7/14 still there is NO process response from your end on the freight release. NOT EVEN PICKING UP THE CALL FOR THE COURTESY. If there is any storage charges we will be billing you ONLY. KINDLY SEND US the SWB ASAP. I NEVER EXPERIENCE SUCH A WORST SERVICE EVER.
