In order to perform covid test I visited Acibadem Covid test center yesterday (10.08.2020). Unfortunately Acibadem Covid Test Center was not organised well and some of the Acibadem personnel were not well-trained. I received an IBAN number for test payment. Sadly the IBAN was wrong and was not accepted by the bank. I had to go back to Acibadem covid test center and take IBAN number again. The personnel realised that the IBAN number is wrong and they removed the A4 paper which shows the IBAN number and give me the correct IBAN number. After 3 hours I received a result which states that It may be possible that I should give a new sample. I did not understand what they meant and called sabiha gökcen airport for an answer. They informed me that the result will be updated within next 2 hours. After 6 hours of waiting (in total), finally I got the result which is Negative, as expected. I strongly recommend Acibadem Group to educate their personnel and reorganize the test center. Dr. Kenan Gune
