Dr. Vazquez-Agosto office was amazing with our son! Office was clean and very strict with Covid protocols! My family felt safe and the doctor answered all the questions we had about our son. Recommend this office and doctor for sure!

Horrible experience with a rude woman at the pembroke pines location. I believe her name is Beth. My insurance made in error with my sons insurance. While i was already on the phone with his pediatrician office she jammed another phone in my face and said \here ! \ it was his insurance on the phone. She made it very obvious she was annoyed with me making faces, ignoring me at times etc. She attempted to charge me 250 for the visit just because the referral needed was not signed even though my pedtrician office informed her she would have it shortly. When i informed the doctor of her rude treatment 2xs he ignored it and just kept talking. When i informed another office administrator she ignored it as well. Obviously they accept their staff's rude behavior. Im very disappointed. I will say the doctors are good the staff just needs to be held up to professional standards. I will not be returning !
