The visit was primarily for my husband’s allergies, but I was present during the visits. Dr. Shapiro made us feel welcome. He was very professional, attentive and friendly. He had a plan set right away and explained what steps we’d have to take. We’ll be going back for the allergy tests and hope to find the cause.

Came in a while back with breathing issues. I assumed it was something with my nose or throat(reason of seeing an ENT). When we spoke all he prescribed me was advair disk which is for COPD and asthma? What I did then was go to my primary and he said my lungs were fine!! Later went to Cleveland Clinic and found out I have a tonsil and adenoid problem. Please if you have children or are going for yourself be careful. This is not supposed to be a bad review but to lay out the facts.

the Doctor was a jerk and so was the staff. Don’t bother coming here. I went in with an ear infection and his student pulled my ear as they examined it.

a very efficient doctor in recognizing symptoms of what's wrong and accurately prescribed the correct treatment and medication for my child. the women behind the counter for this office are always friendly no matter how early you come in. I love it! thank you.

I visited the office, after 10 yrs or so, last afternoon. Without an appointment,, the staff helped me to see the Dr. willingly and successfully -- the nicest lady!. Dr. Shapiro was still the kindest, happiest, and professional ENT expert. He was thorough as usual, and very comforting. His pleasant demeanor is likely why he never ages. I'll visit this office again for sure -- if ever there is an ENT need. You must consider this business.
