Really love going there
Having not been on a horse for over 30 years, this was the best place I could have started again - people who care about giving their customers and who want to give them a great experience and excellent teachers, who make sure you receive the training you need and a large variety of different horses to suit your needs and increase your learning curve. There is a large amount of boots, hats and body protectors in children and adult sizes, so if you are starting out or are on holidays, you don't need to bring your own gear. You can have a lesson in the large indoor school or go out for a hack in the surrounding countryside or even on occasions to the beach! For kids, you might want to inquire about pony camp and there has even been a hobby horse gymkhana! It's a place were you are made to feel very welcome and more like the member of a large family, rather than just a customer - I love it!
Just recently moved my horse to the yard after moving house. Nervous as I've lost my nerve after a few bad falls and new livery yard. Everyone has been welcoming and Sue Scofield (owner is a gem) my job can be unpredictable. Had first lesson with Dan today their resident instructor he firstly checked all of her tack to make sure she was comfortable before I even got on then was with me every step of lesson through my nerves can't wait for lesson no2 tomorrow
Nice friendly stable. Enjoyed a 1 hour hack. Nice horses. Very happy!
