What a horrible service! I've ordered a lawn mower and a trimmer in September. After trying out both just once - the trimmer's blade broke and the lawn mower is not collecting grass properly into the basket. I've send back both in the beginning of October and until now (Middle of November) they are unable to refund me for the items as the workshop team keep failing to assess the items. I have been chasing them on a weekly basis via email, because they've closed their phone lines (Covid). DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! The customer service is not existing there and if something goes wrong forget about getting any assistance or a refund! Terrible!

Absoloutly shocking. The worse product ever purchased in this sector. After phone calls for 2 weeks been promised a call back every time of wich i never recieved a single 1. They got sent the picture of problem and acknowledged a fault. Then kept my compressor for 3 weeks and did absolutely nothing... Then they say sent it back and it never turned up to me. Still waiting for it even now. AVOIDDDDDD THIS COMPANY absoloute liers in every possible way, shape and form

Get your spares elsewhere! I bought a compressor from these guys a few years ago, then this year (2020) needed some spare parts. They are currently not answering the phones due to Covid and when I did finally get a callback from email exchanges they sent me parts for the wrong model of compressor! I have not been able to get a response from HPP since to rectify my incorrect order so I ended up buying from another supplier (the compressor gear was actually manufactured by FIAC so was able to source the correct spares elsewhere in the UK). Avoid these guys for any support with existing products as their spares department is in disarray. (The marketing department seems to be fully operational though as my inbox is regularly updated with promotional deals on new products!)

Appalling customer service. They take your 'under guarantee' product away and then you can't get in touch with them to find out what's happening. No reply to phone calls or emails, until you ring and try to speak to CEO!!!! Although I like the product will never buy Hyundai again for this reason.

Appalling service from the UK’s sole power products supplier. Ordered and paid for parts for mower to find that nothing at all happened for a month. Repeated emails eventually got me some of the order. Totally unacceptable for a major company and their phone lines have been switched off due to covid! I now have two mowers I can’t complete and sell, and I suspect that I am not the only one in this position. They urgently need competent competition and I would not buy any Hyundai power products because you will not be able to get what you want. Utterly disgusted with their behaviour.
