Was thrilled to find this ‘little’ place in the Pemberton Visitor Centre parking lot. Staffed by two very friendly ladies speaking Japanese, the Lynx Cafe is a quick and easy place to grab breakfast (or something else) to go. I opted for a breakfast burger and a latte and was super happy - especially with the b-burger. Wow! Domo arigato, see you both again soon!

Amazing! So happy that we stopped here on our way through town. The food was fresh and delicious. We ordered the fish burger, breakfast burger, and a bacon and cheese croissant and all were fantastic!
Wow! Love this place.. Chocolate Croissants were delicious, but the Raspberry Danish was SO good!! It was was as good as the chocolate croissants we had in Rapalo, Italy.. Oh.My.God..wish we had more, it was that good! Thanks Lynx Cafe for the great food & wonderful service! If you get a chance, you just HAVE to stop here! The Lynx burger & fish and chips were also delicious!

Great take out dining experience! Everything is tasty and made with care, the fries, the veggie burger, the fish and chips, the pastries all excellent, excellent quick friendly service, better than anything Whistler has to offer high quality and reasonable prices a must visit in Pemberton! Probably one of the best burgers you’ll ever have!
