James the owner was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I thought my laptop had melted down and he came in to on a holiday Monday to help. It turned out I was having a simple battery charging issue but he was incredibly nice and patient about it, and then gave me some valuable advice about how to organize my small company's email system to improve performance.

Hired James in May 2019. Paid upfront 3 years of anti virus and firewall. It was never installed. Was told I would get a refund [over 1200] I only received apology, so far.

James has been amazing to deal with from the outset. We just had a major office move and upgrade, with some complex IT issues and security to resolve and implement. James came up with solutions and installed said fixes. He has been available to resolve the problems that we encountered as the network grew and new strains were placed on the system
