When you knou you have passed the Arctic Circle you get that feeling of accomplishment. And this place is a great stop.

Big souvenir shop, fair prices. Nice picture spot and lovely woodwork inside the shop/restaurant. However food was not good at all and expensive for what it was. Stick the sandwiches/pastries.
I like this place very much. However, there is a famous polar circle "souvenir shop town" in Rovaniemi, where you can meet Mister Santa Claus, this one is simpler and better. There are not so much people here, especially evening time, when I usually reach this point after visiting Kukkolankoski, Matkakoski, Avaasaksa, and Ylitornio.
