Always come here when we are in Tenterden. Sandwiches are lovely and fresh with salad and homemade coleslaw, tuna melt very good. The cakes are yummy too. Great service, very friendly. Sit in the beautiful garden and relax.

Lovely Peggotty's afternoon tea in cosy garden at rear. Staff very good with distancing and very attentive. Home made warm scones,home made jam and homemade cake...what more do you need apart from a lovely pot of tea which came with it. Clotted cream to go with scone. Would recommend and definitely go again if my waistline will allow. Well done all of you at Peggotty's.
Lovely little tea shoppe, the service was 2nd to none, the afternoon tea was divine, if you are ever in the area you have to go here, I would highly recommend peggotty's. The staff are lovely nothing is too much trouble, all food is freshly made to order. Can't wait to return
Lovely quaint tea shop. I had the Welsh rarebit which was delicious. For pudding I had the bakewell tart cake which was a very generous portion and tasted amazing!
It's an ok tea room. Plenty of staff when we were there, service was friendly. We had the Welsh rarebit which was ok, more like cheese on toast, definitely had better elsewhere. Cream tea was ok, I forgot to ask then not to heat up the scone, I really don't like microwaved scones, the jam has seeds in and the portion of cream was tiny. Tea was nice enough. Not the best place I've been to but nice enough.
