Lovely cosy cottage ideally situated two minutes walk to the centre of Peebles. The cottage has everything you would need on holiday, and a lot more, it's truely a \home from home\. Parking is not a problem as you have the use of a residents parking permit. Jane is a great host and responds very quickly to any questions you may have both before you arrive and while you are there. This was our fourth visit and will be back. Would definately recommend.
We've just had a week from 27th May there, the place being recommended to us by a work colleague who often stays there.. Small cosy place situated in a nice little street close to town that still managed to feel like a rural retreat with its little front garden shielded from the street. Fittings and furniture were all of a good quality and it was clear the owners had given great thought to what was needed and provided everything; even fresh flowers and shortbread, tea coffee etc. No problems with parking as there was a parking permit on arrival and the car sat just outside for the whole week If you don't know Peebles it's a lovely town and well worth a visit. Suffice to say we are looking forward to our next stay. Difficult to imagine anyone being disappointed with this little gem.
A cosy cottage , close to the East gate Arts Centre and 2 minutes walk from the central Merkat Cross. There is residents only parking in the quiet cul de sac for which a permit is provided. The Welcome pack included fresh flowers. There is a small garden at the front which is fairly enclosed making a pleasant seating area. The owners are very helpful and welcoming. We hope to stay at Len Cottage again
