I have two year old twins, so we've been to the practice many times. I speak Deutsch; although my doctor (Hartenstein) always seems willing to speak English with me, if I were to need him to. That is very, very kind. My husband and I are both very pleased with our doctor(s) and really glad that we chose this practice. We have only once had a LONG waiting time - usually we get in to see the doc within 10-15 minutes. Excellent. I LOVE that I can make an appointment over text-message... I don't have to make repeated phone calls to irritated receptionists. Perfect. The practice has books, a little slide and play area for the kids. My kids love it. The only bad thing is, they scream when they have to leave it to see the doctor. The practice has a \lässig\-gefühl;d octors in jeans and t-shirts, helpers too. It REALLY puts me at ease. I like how easy-going everything is. The decor in the exam rooms is REALLY cute, always a little different. It really keeps my kids busy while waiting for the doctors. It is very thoughtful. The doctors are excellent with the kids - they have such a talent for putting children at ease and such loving natures. I think we've seen three different doctors and they were kind, without exception. On occasion, the doctor has seemed a bit rushed (most likely IS! rushed) and I haven't really felt \heard\ - but then, I think that's a bit on ME for not being more pushy. Even ushed\ the doctors never lack calm or kindness. The reception I would only give 3.5* stars for friendliness. They're hit or miss. Sometimes okay - other times brusque. They are the kind who look at you, when they are ready for you to step up to the counter, but don't SAY anything; typical \control\ behavior. I hate that.

Schade das so ein guter Arzt die meinsten negative Kommentare wegen seine Empfangsdamen hat... Ich mochte Dr. Hartenstein sehr er ist ein guter Arzt. Jedoch musste ich den Arzt wechseln, weil: - Unhöfliche Empfangsdamen -Die Schwester die , die U Untersuchung macht nicht ihre grenze kennt und viele Müttern Erziehung beibringen möchte! -Telefonisch erreichen unmöglich! - Akut kranke Kinder werden nachhause geschickt mit der bitte, sie sollen in 2 std oder morgen nochmal kommen. - Hr. Hartenstein versteht Mütter, die kein Deutsch können aber sich Mühe geben und versuchen zu reden. Komischer weise verstehen die Empfangsdamen sie nicht und wollen ein Dolmetscher!! Viele Mütter gingen da wütend raus.. Manche soger in Tränen.. Ich habe selber ganz am Anfang Diskussion mit den gehabt. Man muss anscheinend Ihre Sprache sprechen, dann war alles ok.. dies wollte ich nicht mehr..

Der Kinderarzt ist sehr kompetent, ruhig und locker. Unser Sohn (2) fühlt sich hier wohler als bei jedem anderen Arzt. Wir kommen gern in die Praxis, auch wenn es mal voll ist und man warten muss. Das Team ist gut organisiert und zu den Kindern immer freundlich!

Sehr kompetente und nette Ärzte. Praxis wurde umorganisiert und ist jetzt besser erreichbar. Wir fühlen uns immer gut aufgehoben. Fragen werden alle beantwortet.

Kinder müssen sich ausziehen und 1 Stunde lang warten? Meine Tochter hat sich fast den tot geholt, unfreundlich gegenüber den Eltern und auch Kindern! Schlimmste Praxis die ich kenne!
