5 stars if the cleaning was better. Kids come here n restrooms should be clean always have soap hand sanitizer paper towels all light bulbs Toilets cleaned and changing table clean but its never like that.

Waiting time is short compared to other clinic. The NP providers are awesome! They explain your problems in a way that you will understand it well.

Run around. 2 hour wait. Didn't fill out paper correctly for my daughter and then wanted me to go the next day to McAllen, but I live and went to Alamo office. Really. Get it right the first time doc.Took a total of three visits to get her nebulizer. Don't waste your time or children's health with them. GO SOME WHERE ELSE!!!

The place was disgusting. The waiting room was hot, muggy and smelled like a gas station restroom. The floors and walls were filthy. The place was so gross that I actually felt more unhealthy after being there.
