Love this shop. The level of stock they carry is phenomenal, how a bike shop should be. Staff are usually friendly and helpful beyond so was a bit surprised when they said leave your bikes outside. Although they did quickly change and allowed us to stand our bikes inside. I do understand it can be a bit tedious having guys ask to bring their bikes in they must get it all the time. Still the best bike shop around though.

Great bike shop with what i found to be very helpful staff. Purchased a Pinarello Grevil from here and got it built also . Staff where always on hand and found staff very helpful. Left my paperwork for new bike in shop and staff have agreed to send it to me at no cost . Would recommend anyone buying a bike from here and there is a few to choose from some top of the range bikes in this shop
Best bike shop ever! Best team ever! Was buying my first road bike and although I have done my research prior to purchase, it was great to chat with the staff at the Pedal Power. I just could not believe how knowledgeable and professional the staff was, all of them: JB, Bea, Garry, Jonathan and Andrew. From helping me to pick the most suitable bike (within my budget) to getting all the bike accessories ETC., the staff could not be more helpful and patient! The communication re: delivery date, was brilliant too. I was extremely happy with my bike fit as well. Andy could not have been more helpful and caring about how I felt on the bike. I was amazed at the full service! I am so pleased with the purchase of my bike and the bike fit! Thank you so much guys - YOU ARE AWESOME!
Pedal Power is certainly the best bike showroom for bikes and bike gear in this area and also has a very competent workshop. The staff are all bike fans and are very knowledgeable. All kinds of bikes are catered for: road. mountain, hybrid, electric.
