Have visited this garage a couple of times previously and was really impressed with the service and have recommended it to others, on this occasion I’ve been left extremely disappointed with the service. They had my car for three days which is fine I wouldn’t of expected to have the car back straight away, but what let them down was the lack of communication. Each time I called for an update i was told I’d get a call back, which I didn’t or if I did manage to speak to the mechanic he was extremely rude. They went ahead and did work on the car before notifying me (the work carried out didn’t fix the actual issue) so I had no choice but to pay the very steep bill, this was the major let down for me as a quick call wouldn’t have gone a miss. As they had the car for so long without the main issue being found/fixed I chose to collect the car in the end after receiving such awful service from them I wasn’t willing to wait any longer or continue to communicate with someone so rude. It’s a real shame as I really rated this place, but after this experience I won’t be returning.

It's rare to find a mechanic with such a great service, integrity and sense of community. Paul was kind enough to pop over to my grandmothers to jump start her car on his way home from work, where I couldn't living so far away - her car vital for her to get around and do her shopping safely during these times. A genuine pleasure. Highly recommended.
Went in this morning to have my dpf fixed and honestly i am made up with the service i received. Paul and his team have fixed my car without the need to clean it or strip it out to be sent off. Paul explained everything to me and i felt very confident with him dealing with my vehicle. Would recommend to anyone who has a dpf issue. Will definitely be using again in the future for any car issues. Top service. Thanks again Paul.
A big thank you to Paul and his team for sorting out a problem with my car and help getting it through the MOT for me. Hot chocalate went down well too..I will be back for sure with any problems I have in the future.
Found these guys early afternoon on Saturday and my girlfriends car needed fixing, after being told from P&B up the road they couldn’t fix it till Tuesday and it would cost 200-500 to finish we went to find somewhere else and came across these guys! We were with them for no longer than 30-40 minutes and when we left the car was as good as new and cost less than a quarter of what the other garage said! I would highly recommend! All the guys were very helpful and very reasonable with price! If you have a regular garage but are not happy come and see these guys, no doubt you’ll be happy with the job they do!!
