We have recently had some tent poles repaired here and the service was amazing. The owner, Roger, had to source some different poles as ours weren't available but made sure the repaired poles were exactly the right size and even part pitched the tent in the upstairs shop to make sure. It was very inexpensive also. We have used the tent since and it was perfect! Thanks Roger!

Needed some boots for hiking excellent service the gentlemen who served me was very helpful.
I just wanted advice and very helpful, great customer service and I hadn't even bought anything there.
Been into Peak Outdoors this morning and purchased a pair of walking shoes, as usual the service was excellent from Roger, these are hard and difficult times for all businesses, particularly small ones like this, it's not all about online shopping, local people should patronise this business and others like it in order to keep our town centres alive.
