I put in a bad customer service review about the Brigg site and I'm still waiting to hear from the guy Will supposedly following this up. There was something about somebody being off sick but it's been a while now.

Extremely disappointing service. Did a four hour round trip to view a hedgecutter only to find the machine was in a far worse condition than originally advertised and described (both online and on the phone). Completely wasted trip.
