If you've been referred to Custard by your Insurance/shipping company follow the below steps. - File a complaint with your State's Department of Insurance. They will forward the complaint directly to the adjusters. DO NOT GIVE UP. Angela D and the team from Custard acted in complete bad faith and if Custard had not settled with me, I would have brought up an Insurance Bad Faith Litigation on them. Please get back to me if you need help with the Lawyers.

I give this company a one because you can't give a negative. Straight up stole my car. I was hit in the tail. My case was transferred by Kentucky farm Bureau. Without a release or anything they took my car. Lady was texting and driving and hit me. Not paid a dime they took my car and everything in it. Do not trust these people!!!!! Mary said she would send paper work before anything could be done. I did not receive anything at all. Yet they took my car. Worst business I've ever delt with. Should be a negative 5

Cane to my house and start asking me illegal questions and would not leave. I am the one who was injured and burnt by a chemical where I have permanent scarring. The Fire Marshall knows it to he fact and try to ask the same question over and over. Time to get a lawyer.
