A complete and utter waste of time. We got an online valuation of 2000, after giving all details about the condition and other details as requested. We then drove all the way to peacehaven with 2 cars so we could get home after the sale .. The operative went round the car for 30 minutes picking holes and tyre kicking about tiny dings and the other stuff we had already described... then offered us 50!!! I could get 100 just for the alloys, 100 for factory roof bars... etc etc.. so be warned. They are misrepresenting business by making reasonable online offers then screwing down the price when you arrive. AVOID.

So rude on the phone almost changed our minds about going. Had to wait over half an hour to get the van valued. Guy who looked at the van was clueless searching for the VIN number in the wheel arch, something that hasn't been done for years. Came out with the expected massive reduction in original quote. This guy was wearing a mask so should have guessed he was a highway robber probably wears it all the time even before covid started. Wouldn't deal with these people seem to want you to give them your vehicle for nothing. I hate to think how many other people they have ripped off. Should get minus 5 stars
