Shocking service from admin staff no one wants to Deal with and sort out issues you get told to ring Someone else or call back later???. People would not be calling asking for prescription if you didn’t need them . How about I book you a phone appointment with responsible person that can sort prescriptions or a Gp. Would be the right way to help people. NOT IMPRESSED by management .

Things appear to be going from bad to worse unfortunately. Doctors & nurses wonderful, however, getting through to make an appointment is nothing short of a nightmare. Appointments can't even be made if you go to the surgery. It's really very worrying as to where we go from here.
Impossible to get an appointment. The system is clearly broken and they are taking the money from the government and then not providing an adequate service for the patient's. Its a business for profits . Thats all.
Ever since lockdown it has been almost impossible to get an appointment with a doctor. The only way you manage to get any medical attention is to fill in an E consult. This probably means that the most vulnerable patients (elderly) are not getting the care they need. Its impossible to get through on the phone so not worth trying. I had to drive to the surgery to actually speak to someone. I was then offered an appointment with a nurse for my sons flu jab during school time . When I requested an appointment after school I was told that only nurse that could do it didn't work then . Not very patient centred care. I was advised to go to my local pharmacy as they could do it. It turns out they dont do under 18s. Looks like I will have to drive there again as I currently cantget through. Alternatively my son doesn't get his flu vaccine despite him being in a vulnerable group. Shame on this surgery .
The Doctors and medical staff are great. Totally and utterly let down by unprofessional incompetent gate keepers that lack any sort of empathy. Was given a face to face appointment , took the morning off work and was then told after waiting 40 minutes after my appointment time that I would no longer being seeing a doctor. Was then offered a telephone consultation. When I remonstrated my annoyance was then told if I did not leave the police would be called. Very very poor form indeed
