My family and I have been to numerous opticians over the past few years, but PD Rees are by far the best. Their expertise, and customer service is second to none. I highly recommend them.
Was met by a very warm and friendly lady, who was really helpful when looking for frames without being overbearing. Really liked their range of frames and seemed good value too.
We have had our eyes looked after by the team at PD Rees for over 30 years. Even when we moved away from Nottingham we still felt it was worth the journey as the service they give is professional and friendly. They know what they are doing, they want to look after your eyes and, if you need glasses, want you to choose ones that are right for you.
Have used PD Rees for years, because convenient for work. Latest expensive designer glasses failed somewhat disappointingly after a little over a year, with the rubber ear pieces wearing through so metal inside was rubbing ear. No concern expressed when I went in. No spares available on premises. Promised to track down a suitable part. Looked in a week later — nothing had been procured. By then in some pain from rubbed ears. Gave up in disgust and figured out for myself what was needed and found it on Amazon in about 15 minutes, who delivered it next day. Getting on for a month later, finally got a call to say they had the part in. I think I will go elsewhere in future.
