We're first-time buyers and \fantastic\ would be an understatement for Paul Critchley who held our hands every step of the way throughout this extremely complex conveyancing process. He was always looking out for our interests. His attention to detail was impressive and he picked up on every minute detail that would matter to us as new owners and broke all complex concepts down for us in layman's terms in conversations and also in a summary report right before we exchanged contracts. We never had any doubts about him and his quality work gave us complete peace of mind. His turnaround time was lightening fast and he was always there on the other end of the line to address our queries and concerns and he responded very quickly to our e-mails.
