PC Dial A Fix - Computer Repairs Bristol

Friendly and professional service at reasonable price. Andy fixed my laptop very quickly and kept the cost of fixing down as per my request. I would happily recommend them and I will definitely get back to Andy I'd I ever have an issue with my computer.

Phoned explained the issue and arranged a time to drop of my computer to be fixed. Drove across town the next day to drop it off at said time - rang buzzer and no one answered. Rang phone, the guy answered and obviously pretended he couldn't hear me, then continued to screen my calls while I was stood outside. When I gave up and drove home, the guy rang me and tried to feed me some BS excuse rather than manning up and telling me he forgot. Unprofessional waste of time

Andy was super kind and helpful. He replaced my faulty drive within 3 days of me bringing my laptop to him and even went above and beyond with some recommended improvements to make it faster and keep it running for longer. Great service! :)
