A busy pharmacy as you'd expect, next door to a busy GP surgery. But they always seem very helpful. I personally don't object to waiting whilst pharmacist gives advice, it's part of their job. And the opening hours are brilliant, we're lucky to have a chemist that stays open so late in Deal.
30 mins waiting for a prescription because the pharmacist was too busy playing gp to people walking in after while I was waiting.
