We lost so many donations over lockdown we panicked and tried to find a solution to cash and social distancing. Nobody wanted to give and we were at our wits end. We got some contactless machines from them and its been a huge help. Real useful and our donors seem to prefer using their cards to pay. Zack was a huge help.

Excellent resource to enable more donations- the process was quite timely to get set up- but easy to use once it arrived and was set up.

Got an account set up with them in two days with charities trust. Got our contactless box two days later. Very impressed.
We took a contactless box from them on short term, one of the only businesses we could find that had short hires as an option. We spoke to a few other companies that do contactless for charity but Paya Charity were the friendliest and most helpful. No hard sells, no confusing jargon. We had the box for 3 months for a fundraising campaign and everyone loved it. So easy to use and we raised more than cash. Will use again for next years campaign.
