We asked Viv for help with separation anxiety with our new puppy. She quickly resolved all our issues. Her knowledge and expertise is outstanding! Viv came to help us not long after we got basil from a rescue centre. He was disturbed mute and had obviously been badly treated before we got him. He was reactive and very selective about who he would have around him. She showed my daughter techniques on controlling his erratic behaviour and helped her develop Basil's confidence. My daughter has continued to use these techniques and Basil now is a changed dog. He is a lot more confident around other animals and some other people. I would highly recommend if if you have a dog with issues. Empathetic and calm approach is priceless.

Viv was such a help with our very nervous girl, we now have plans in place, so she can accept visitors into our home and walks are so much more enjoyable! Patient, kind and knowledgeable.
We met viv when we needed help with our Bonnie with her guarding issues She gave us help and worked with us and Bonnie. Bonnie will never be 100% fixed but made some improvements as she is like this because of how her other owners treated her. Viv spent a lot of time with myself and Luna and I was given lots of tips and instructions to help iron out Luna's niggles. Viv is a natural with dogs and I & Luna hope to work with her again in the future.
