I highly recommend this property agency; their service really sets them apart. The staff are very warm and kind. Robyn Dolan especially has gone above and beyond to help me secure a property and move in during the pandemic. She showed me videos of 4 properties, and has helped me even to the point of helping me get bedding and other bits when I had to do self-isolation after moving to Scotland from abroad. They really are the most helpful agency I have used. Definitely would choose them again.

Since we started renting with them we have had so many issues that could have been fixed before we moved. They were indeed a lot of issues noticed during the inventory but they did nothing. We've had 2 gas leaks, 4 water leaks, you can feel the wind through the windows (2 photos) ... issues with the wallpaper (photo) You literally need to call them everyday and go to their office everyday untill they decide to act. Of course the flat wasn't clean when we moved in (2 photos). There was also a great smell of cigaret. When we complained in the office Billy Baxter had nothing to say but to apologize and had the good idea to tell us that the cleaners would not be paid... But did nothing else. I would strongly discourage you from dealing with them!!
I used Pavillion when I first moved to Dundee and they got everything done to set things up at record speed - the flat was lovely, and when things went wrong (you can't help that now and again) they were quick to get people round to get things fixed, for the whole length of my tenancy. Rounding things off at the end was painless too, another top score. Professional, friendly and definitely head and shoulders above some of the other agents in Dundee - can't recommend enough, and I'll definitely be looking their way again in future. Keep up the great work!
I used Pavillion properties in my final year of university. Linsey was incredibly helpful in getting everything ready for me to move in, ensuring the process was easy and went smoothly. She responded to me quickly whenever I had any questions and would continually ask if everything was alright with the flat, making my final year just that little bit less stressful knowing they were always on hand if I needed any help.
Pavillion's services have been excellent. Especially Mr Sean Cruickshank has been friendly, communicative and have been helping me with the house-related issues in a rapid manner.
