Brilliant service, been using them for over 6 years now. I'm very impress with the embroidery they do on the school uniform & PE Kits. Lovely to see young sales assistant learning new skills, well done to the Boss taking them on and giving them the opportunity.

I ordered some uniform from the store after many friends have ordered and had great service. I was informed there had been a slight delay by email. I called today and was informed the polo tops had not come in yet due to the manufacturers being under a great deal of pressure due to Covid. Although this may not be ideal when working with manufacturers and particularly in a covid crisis these things are out of your control as a business owner. The owner (sorry I didn’t catch his name) was very polite and apologetic and said he would chase the tops and get back to me ASAP. He was a friendly man who has a small business who is genuinely doing the best for his customers under such hard circumstances. I would definitely shop at Paul’s again.
It is a very comfortable and good-natured environment to buy school clothes. Their young staff is very matured sensible and intelligent to find clothes to fit our needs. Also it is very cheap than in other stores. Overall it's a banger of a clothes shop for children. Paul's is amazing.
Mr Tom Young was very helpful when telephoning my order through, and I am glad to say I received the U.S.A. Army Combat clothing exactly as promised. Professional and very efficient Excellent Service Thank You
