Efficient, dedicated, hard-working, friendly, knowlegeable, lovely man. He fixed my laptop in less then 48hrs right before Christmas because he knew I wanted to talk to my family. Even had a follow up call the next day to make sure everything was alright. Was happy to answer my questions and explained it at a level that I could understand. Paul's PC Repairs were very efficient and kept me up to date with my PC repair. After diagnosing my hard drive had failed Paul sent me a quote for replacing it and reinstalling the operating system. From start to finish was only 3 days. Thanks Paul for a great job my PC runs like a dream now.
Had a stripped screw that couldn’t be removed on my laptop, meaning I couldn’t remove the back to install a new SSD. Took it to Paul to get fixed and had it back within a couple of hours with the new drive installed, screw removed and no marks whatsoever. 10/10 would recommend. Fantastic.
