My sister got my birthday cake made from Paul’s Bakery and can I just say how beautiful my cake looked!! Without a shadow of doubt, I thought it was the most scrumptious cake I have ever tasted. The cake went down extremely well - everyone thoroughly enjoyed it ️ I can’t wait for another occasion to get a cake made from Paul’s Bakery! Also, a massive thanks to the staff and especially the manager, he’s very kind! Haffy x

Thank you Raj for delivering yet again an amazing Christmas Cake. The icing was delicious.... the Snowman and the boy was perfect and so clear and precise.... another magical cake...... The cake was an end to a perfect year 2019. Thank you. What better way to celebrate a beautiful time of year with friends and family but with a scrumptious delicious cake. Again work colleagues, family and friends were blown away by the fluffy egg-free cake and yummy icing! Well done. I look forward in designing new creations for 2020 As the cake played a very important part - we raised an incredible 115.16 for charity which will be matched by my company and together we raised 230.32 for the following charities over the festive month Teenage Cancer Trust, Dementia UK Dementia Revolution Alzheimers Society Help for Heroes SSAFA Emily Ash Trust Thank you. I look forward in visiting you in 2020 and designing my next cake for Easter.
I had heard a lot about Paul’s cakes, but was very disappointed with the cake sponge was dry and cake was not moist or fresh at all. Even after letting them know the customer service team was so very rude that they put the phone down on me!!! Not wanting any refund but as a courtesy say that just maybe it might have happened and we apologise that You as customer faced this!!! No apologies whatsoever!! Customer service definitely out of the window and was not wanting to listen to me....Never again from Paul’s
I have used Paul’s bakery Southall branch a number of times to order custom cakes and their service is always excellent! Bal the bakery manager is extremely helpful and replies to any queries I have instantly.My last order was on 11/2/21 and the cake was absolutely delicious I highly recommend!Keep up the good work Guys and special thanks to Bal for my Son’s birthday cake my whole family loved the quality of the cake!
Hmm, not sure about the quality of the presentation of the cake (note the not so great handwriting and the texture of the cream underneath the writing). But great value for money and great tasting cake and customer service nonetheless.
