If you're looking for a personal trainer who genuinely cares, look no further. Paul has a wealth of experience and knowledge about his sport and you really feel that you are in safe hands. The classes and clubs he also runs are brilliant, and extremely affordable - everyone is so friendly and welcoming, I love them. My running has improved so much because of attending Run Club and Spin classes.

I have been training with Paul for many years now and attend his weekly classes in kettlebells, circuit, spin and run club. Paul is always encouraging and supportive and has a wealth of knowledge in fitness and nutrition. His classes are always varied and fun and I always feel that I've had a really good workout. I have met some lovely people along the way and am proud of what I have accomplished with Paul's help.
