I simply cannot say enough about Paul Lyman! I have dreamt of playing the guitar for years and tried many instructors but never found the right one until Paul. He is patient, encouraging and passionate about his student's learning experience. He believes in you when you don't believe in yourself and meets you where you are. In the past I felt intimidated by the process but Paul makes it a fun and rewarding experience. I look forward to my lessons each week and know I will end them in a much better place than I started. If you have struggled to find the right teacher, I urge you to reach out to Paul immediately. It can literally be a life changing experience. I think I would have given up if I had not found him. He is a gifted professional and I am honored to work with him.

We bounce from piano to guitar to ukulele and voice, and Paul does it all excellently! I had private lessons for many years growing up and I never had a teacher as talented and intuitive as Paul. He's literally the best. Just hear him play and you'll know he put the work in himself, but the magic is in the fact that he can really TEACH it. That's not something everyone can do, especially once you reach a certain level. Look no further. Paul is the guy... and he can do it remotely during these strange times :)
