Couldn't be happier with our pond waterfall. Due to an unusual shape of our pond none of the \standard\ stainless steel waterfalls would fit, and so I approached Paul with a mix of screenshots and my own requirements. He converted these in precise drawings and suggested some improvements I hadn't thought of. I then had a choice of materials, and within days I could pick up the final product, which was manufactured to a very high standard, and thoroughly cleaned prior to pickup. Thank you so much, Paul!
