Paul has just left leaving my wife a happy lady and me very happy (Happy wife, Happy life) The service was by todays standard exceptional! he gave my wife a time slot, he called to say he was sorry but it would be towards the latter part, very good of him, he called later to say he was on his way, Paul is very efficient and has a polite friendly manner! A* start to finish.

Fast and professional service. Sorted out both issues on the spot, and notified us of a machine needing to be recalled. Will use again in the future!
