Only gave one star as had to register something, really they’re not worthy of any stars. Potential buyers, landlords or tenants-avoid these people at all costs!! Hurried viewings, taking of deposits under false information and then NOT REFUNDING, and also generally unprofessional are the rule of thumb for this estate agents. I have never felt so undervalued ever. During such an important event as moving home these people were unwilling to engage in communication, leaving me to ring them on a near daily basis, and when I eventually got to speak to someone I was fed a load of lies. Totally unprofessional in every way shape and form.
Excellent service as a landlord on selling two properties, very competitive, I couldn't recommend Kathryn enough
