Pattinson Estate Agency - Cramlington

All the staff here have assisted me tremendously. They helped me purchase an auction property, which I have never done before. They made it very simple to do so by telephone. They kept in good communication before; during ; and after the purchase. Thank you to all of you, especially the Gemmas.

The staff are fantastic! With regards to helping my elderly mother sell her property. My mums estate agent Angie from the Cramlington branch was amazing & even took time in the school holidays while she was off work to go over to see my mum at home & advise my mum on the sale of her house. We really appreciate everything she has done to help her through this process. Absolutely brilliant really professional & added a personal caring approach with my mum. Big thanks & 5 star staff :)

Usually call in for breakfast, used to enjoy before covid lockdown. Still use but for coffee and cakes after shopping.

We sold our house with Pattinson Cramlington, and I can't recommend their service high enough! Everyone - and especially Angie! - was extremely professional and gave us great advice. They were always there when we had questions, and they made sure that we would get the best possible outcome. We wanted to sell quickly as we had already seen a property that we liked and were keen to make an offer, but obviously we still needed market value for our home. 7 days after Angie had come over to take photos etc, and 6 days after the property went on the market, we accepted an offer that was over asking price! Absolutely amazing service! Still cannot believe they sold our house so quickly :)
