I cannot praise Pattersons more highly. I bought my buggy 5 months ago and have never regretted it, the buggy does all I want it to do and their after sales service is 100%. I have had two small problems, the first was the throttle, which would occasionally stick, they fixed this the very next day at my home. The second time was on a Sunday when I was getting it ready for my Monday morning roll up and couldn’t get it to go, I phoned Pattersons not really expecting anyone to answer - wrong, my call wasn’t answered straight away but no sooner had I put the phone down when my call was returned and Ian talked me through the problem and within ten minutes we had it going again (apparently when I washed it down after my last game I had got a little water on the contacts). Now I think that is nothing less then BRILLIANT service.
I passed by was invited in to view there golf scooters which they manufactured on site.i returned a couple of days later to see if the one that I selected would fit into my car boot.It did and there were very helpful we dismantled it tucked into my car boot to see if would all fit in. It did I am after a second hand one in the future. Dave Goodin.
