Horrible, old buses, no air con, heaters stuck on, drivers littering and driving off when questiond by the puplic, rude words said by drivers, get shouted when litter is thrown at me, expensive, some driver dont know how to operate e.g close doors, leaving baggage door wide open and driving, forgets routes wasting time, small seats and chewing gum eveywhere we get the idea but the biggest thing is: once a huge volumes of black smoke was coming from the egine area a a feul type smell in cabin and he kept on driving full aware of the situation
