I still have a bunch of Tamagotchis still in their packaging that I bought from Patrick's Toys in the past, I think around 1997. Patrick's Toys has always been an incredible and charming toy shop and it's amazing they're still around. Great place for fireworks, too.

The place to go to for your fireworks! They have a big range of prices and products. From sparklers to rockets, they have something to liven up your party. I have bought a box containing a ready made firework show to contribute to an event - a few of these and you have a great display. Helpful staff with good advice. Plus lots of cool toys to browse for your Christmas shopping at the same time!

Patrick's toys is up there with my earliest memories, I loved going in there before Christmas and choosing what I would like Father Christmas to bring me. I now take my granddaughter here to choose her star chart gifts.while it is perfect for this and the staff are really friendly, it lacks the same vibe as they no longer stock all the toys they used to; all the dolls, prams, dolls clothes accessories galore, dolls houses with accessories galore, all the games we love to play. Don't get wrong they have a very small collection of things but little choice. What they do have is excellent choice of fun pocket money toys, some great lego, fantastic dressing up clothes and a whole side given over it appears to scooters of every kind. We will definitely still go here on a regular basis as it is far more magical than huge chain stores. So if you want a touch of magic this is the place!
