It's a fully failure sites where you cannot apply online for HSRP. Number plate fixing charge is also taking at the time of fixing plate in Samastipur.

Absolutely pathetic service. Recieved an SMS saying my Number Plate was ready to be collected, this was 8 months ago. When I went to the HSRP office, they sent me back saying they haven't got my number plate with them. I showed them the message, and their response was the same. This happened 2 more times. Today, at my 4th visit in 8 months, I was told my an employee by the name of "Vikas Kumar" how I was sleeping for 1 year since my Challan date and that my number plate was sent back because I didn't show up on time. When I berated him and the others for their attitude and shared the details of my experience, one of those employees thankfully got up and actually searched for my plate, and found it. Mr. Vikas Kumar just sat there the whole time. So this was my experience at HSRP, and my advice for the others is, once you have your challan and receive the SMS to get your plates, make sure to assert your consumer rights and have the employees there search for you number plate first before turning you down. Oh and, the location is correct. Just opposite Yati Yamaha, next to the Bypass Road.
