I took a 17 year old I have been working with for 2 weeks to Paddy's today. He suffers with severe anxiety due to school bullying and aspergers. He is petrified of leaving the house in daylight. In short Darren was fantastic with him. He gave him a massive confidence boost doing a short one to one session before Mind Fit. He didnt feel ready to join the group but he got out of the house, into my car, not mums and more importantly went out of his comfort zone. He will be back and I will bring him, thank you so much for your support today Darren
