Good very good food there however the service staff told me I had to list down my name and phone number to reserve a seat once I reached because it was packed today and I had to wait for 20mins just for a seat. Took the student meal.

Pasta Mania used to be a decent place to grab pasta and pizzas some years ago. However, it has since deteriorated to a not-so-cheap and pretty yucky eats. Pass on the pizza, pass on the pasta sauces, and stick to the fried appetisers (most things fried never go wrong), surprisingly their platter is terrible. Might be our last time to visit here.
The food is yummy as always and food from the kitchen was served promptly. My only grouse is the sole cashier took his own sweet time to place orders. The Manager opened another cashier counter and I was done with my order in a jiffy.
Please improve your ordering process at the counter. You have only one staff taking order , payment, preparing soup, bread, cutlery. There are several others going around serving n clearing ... the queue waiting time is soooo long.

With over 20 outlets in Singapore, Pastamania is largest casual Italian dining chain in Singapore offering a wide range of pastas and pizzas. For the price, the quality of the food is acceptable. Affordable students set meals available too. For any mains, complete your meals with either a soup or sides and a drink at 5.60 / 6.50. Price wise, the sides are more worth it.
This place has been one of my best eateries to go to. Service and the atmosphere has always been excellent, especially the managers there such as sally, liana and heymanth. I applaud such commitment and will always will come back here.
