I had the cheese steak. It was passable but not great. Needs less salt, more flavour and a toasted bun. The price point should be at least 1/3 cheaper. There were lots of fries at least. What made me give 4 stars was the service (it says Dwight on my receipt so I assume it was him). He was welcoming and chatty while we waited for our food. Knowledgeable about the food/ branches & new openings. I will come back to try the wings (possibly the 50p wing challenge) as they currently are only serving the cheese steak during lockdown.

Came here this afternoon with the family and ordered the classic cheese steak, chicken parm platter and buffalo wings. Everything tasted like cardboard. No flavour whatsoever - and these were the recommended biggest sellers, supposedly. Under normal circumstance I’d still have taken pictures of the food, which tbf was well presented and I guess reasonably priced for volume, but food was so awful I only got a snap of the stall. Won’t be back. I’d recommend you didn’t waste your money here.

10/02/2019. Staff member said it was halal. Pork is served here but had a separate preparation area. Please double check. The bread is very soft and the filling is okay. Nothing wow. Meat with cheese. The Original Philly Steak was decent and the Chicken one was meh. Service was okay but staff didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. Smile mate.

Had an unfortunate experience here. Unprofessional staff. I had to ask where my order was after 25 mins, rather than apologising, they laughed with each other and then started cooking. It was later in the evening but I would recommend choosing another outlet when there are so many great options in the food court.

Well overpriced and absolutely no effort put into these cheese steak baguettes. The bread is dead, below average untoasted cold for a supposedly hot sandwich. The bread is similar to what you would find on reduction in a supermarket. Lets get to the steak meat supposedly.... unseasoned and cold.. I ordered a hot sandwich *face palm* Now for the sauce and simple ketchup and mayo mix with some tomato and onion. The cheese was the only thing that was close to being acceptable but then how can you get cheese wrong. Wait. . . . . There’s MOREEEEEEEE. With the price tag on 10 ????? Are you skunked fam .......no, go get a bahn mi from the worst Vietnamese restaurant you can find and I’m sure the bread alone will top this place. Over all no effort poor product as far as the cheese steak goes .. definitely not worth your hard earned money.
