Paid 7 pound for next working day delivery. Simply didnt arrive and still waiting. Customer service was poor. No refund for delivery cost. Avoid

Ordered 2x 5L hand sanitisers. On delivery realised they did not contain alcohol so phoned to arrange an exchange. Simple right? Wrong. Was told because it is \PPE\ (YEAH RIGHT) that it cannot be exchanged. Unfair and very disappointing. Will never order again.
