Best service from all RB I've tried! They refill all the side dishes fast as well as the meat. Great samgyup place in time of the pandemic. Very spacious and they follow covid protocols.

Date visited: Dec 28 2018 Never been to anyother branch of RB.. but I have been to their competitors! The food is great .. I love that the cheese and egg is being cook on thw same plate where you cooked the meat. Meat slices are ideal in size and is really unlimited When we went here.. they just opened..so their airconditioning system still needs fixing.. but people are still coming to enjoy the food anyway! The resto is open 11AM for lunch until 2AM.
Service is slow. Cheese was provided in a big block and not grated :(
It's a good place if you want to try Korean BBQ. But if you're a neat freak who does not like eating while there are flies around, this isn't the place for you. They also leave their food (side dishes) in the open where flies could easily land on. Not an ideal place for those with a weak stomach.

We went during soft opening. The air-conditioning wasn't working well at that time but the staff was very accommodating. They made sure customers are comfortable even when mishaps occur. They even approach the tables and ask what refills they can provide during down times. And of course the meat was yum! Specially the marinated ones. A bit on the fatty side but still hits the right spot!
