Comfortable.
Very expensive and not worth your money to pay. When you call their office for any concern no one is answering the phone but if you're a new customer they are very accommodating to trap you in their supposedly good service. Bad service.
Sounds like a reputable company, BUT... Called them for a quotation, told me someone will call back and schedule a site inspection. After waiting for a week, nothing. Called them again to followup, says they are very sorry and promised someone will definitely call back to schedule inspection. Guess what? Nothing. Zero. Nil. And that was just asking for a service/price quotation. What more can you expect if after doing business with them and you need them back for warranty and what not? Just say you don't want to do it and I'll shut up and take my business elsewhere. 1 star for you because 0 star is not possible!
