I ordered pizza through online at 8:40pm and confirmation email advised that pizza will be delivered at 9:27pm. Apparently after 3 follow ups walang nag return call para ipaalam kung idedeliver pa ba ung pizza, my son loves pizza and almost 4x a week kame magpadeliver. He was patiently waiting to the extent na nakatulugan nya pagaantay. On my 4th call to cancel the order only did someone from the branch manage to tell me that the order didnt go through the system. Helloooo??! Remind ko lang 3 beses akong nagfollow up and i was even polite to all the csr, kung hindi pumasok sa system nung unang pagorder ko atleast the first or second time i called should have alerted you! inabot ng 11pm pagaantay ng pizza yung bata wala naman palang inaantay! To think the branch is just about 10 to 15 min away.

First time to eat there with my daughter and her dad, ordered the Valentine promo & their tummy was very satisfied. Sobrang busy sa pagkaen hindi na sila makausap hehe. And take note they order another pizza for to go sorry we dont have picture biglaan kase ang lunch out
