Completely blocked and hidden away from the busy streets of the Metro, yet adorned by the striking skyline of Ortigas, this place is nice and quiet place to run - particularly in the evening right after work. Bring only what you need for the run/jog as there is no proper/secure place to leave your things.

Went for a short run, but sadly the place is closed indefinitely due to water shortage. Lovely oval track but could use some repairs. The swimming pool is an Olympic sized one and is awesome. Hope they tide over the water shortage soon and open up.
I miss watching the PBA Games here.
Accessible to public transport, Clean pool and Oval track. Cheap fees and open during weekends. Downside: You'll never know when they're open or closed. Most of the time they're for exclusive use. They post announcement on the gate, no way to know the availability online or thru phone, they don't answer. You have to go there and find out yourself.
Posting their operating hours since it's very hard to find online and also hard to contact them. Since it's a government facility they are only open on \office hours\. They have lunch breaks and are closed on Mondays and holidays. Still they have one of the nicest public pools in Manila. They also have a deep diving pool.
Great place to run, exercise and play frisbee. However, it need more upkeep. The track needs some repair as it is uneven in some areas. I'm afraid that someone might get injured because of it. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.
The track oval is a great place to do workouts after school or work. The entrance fee is very cheap (P35), and you can use the oval for as long as you want. Just make sure to be there early as parking slots are very limited. Also make sure to bring friends because training alone may bore you (even if there are a lot of people there). Also, make sure to call them first if you plan to train on Sundays and/or holidays because the oval is usually closed to the public on those days.
