Covid-19 health protocol is observed, upon renewal of Sanitary permit... Long line before I've done my renewal, they have a systematic line to avoid crowded on said department.
Its nice, but the dswd office did not do their job precisely,.. A very long line of people last long from 8 am till 5 pm and they didnt accomodate all those in the line,.. The number system is so slow,.
Needed to change our business address and the transaction went so smoothly due to the friendly and cooperative staff and employees. Asking directions was a delight because everyone we asked took time to really guide us and let us know the process. Good job and kudos to this administration.
Excellent service although the only nuisance I noticed is that the parking building has no direct access to the cityhall itself so its hard to go around when it rains. Most of the employees are also helpful and happy (just disregard those \masungit\ employees). Otherwise, it's a satisfying experience to transact business here.
The building is nice and modern but the staff keeps pointing me to the wrong direction. They should have consistent information. I had to go up and down multiple flights of stairs because of them. Pasig is a wonderful city with great potential. The city hall should also reflect that greatness.
